Common upload issues when using Meshmatic

These are some common problems you may encounter when using Meshmatic and how you can easily fix them.

1. I get an error when I try uploading my file

The error message saying “Error in processing file, file does not exist in the server” occasionally happens to users using Google Chrome or Firefox. We are actively working on fixing this issue. In the meantime, an easy fix is to use a different browser such as Safari or Microsoft Edge.

2. My file size is too big

Meshmatic Cloud only accepts files under 1GB. If your project is larger than 1GB, we suggest exporting your file into smaller pieces and uploading them into Meshmatic Cloud individually. You can also contact us to learn about Meshmatic Desktop, our standalone version where files are processed locally on your computer with unlimited import file size. If you want to get in touch to discuss your project please contact us here.
